Terms of Service

SolitaireWoo

Effective June 17, 2026 · Last updated June 17, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and SolitaireWoo ("we", "us") and govern your use of the SolitaireWoo app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"). Where they conflict, the stricter protection of your rights applies.

2. In-app purchases & virtual coins

3. Advertising

Unless you buy "Remove Ads", the app displays advertising from Google AdMob, including banner, full-screen, and optional watch-to-earn rewarded ads, subject to our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or anything they link to.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or decompile the app except as permitted by law; (b) tamper with or cheat purchases, coin balances, ads, or game state; (c) use the app to violate any law; or (d) interfere with its security or normal operation.

5. Intellectual property

The app — its code, design, artwork, themes, and the name "SolitaireWoo" — is owned by SolitaireWoo and protected by intellectual-property laws. The license above transfers no ownership. The card games themselves (Klondike, Spider, FreeCell, Pyramid, TriPeaks) are public-domain concepts.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synced progress will never be lost. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolitaireWoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or virtual items. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the prior twelve months, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach them or delete the app. We may modify or discontinue the app, or any feature, at any time.

9. Apple as a third-party beneficiary

These Terms are between you and SolitaireWoo, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms. A claim that the app fails to conform to a legal warranty may be directed to Apple for a refund of the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation and is not responsible for claims relating to the app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at SolitaireWoo's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves; material changes update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
